it's the drawringapp script. just fiddled with it to work with the shipainter interface.

no real fiddling involved. put the draw in floatmode and adjust the toolbar so the app can find the rgbsliders.

Actually I dried to draw in that state of mind ..but unfortunatly the pc was not supporting that. Damn!.

I zoomed in the maximum amount, tried to draw eight pixels stacked, this is how it came out? I hope I didn't have the wrong brush size selected

ah shit, i did have a 2-pixel brush going. however, the zooming and pixelling is not very satisfying with this app. the cursor/pixel does not match up with what i've placed on the canvas, which is a bit annoying.
this app does work really well for painting and freehandery style, non-pixel stuff. as deerfactory / lm / seeka / awful / newbstress / esp / xxcrew / pearpicker and others have shown.
but it doesn't get used much eh?

also I can't see my edits in real time most of the time!!! that is super annoying, I didn't realize that. anyone else have that problem?

i can only seem to 'see' what i'm doing on a re-touch if i am zoomed in at least one level. is this true for anyone else?

i had the same problem when i couldn't see what i was drawing, but zooming in and out usally fixed it.
