...the salt/plow trucks that do I79 from I80 to I90 here in PA have been doing a fantastic job...but that shit they put on the roads really screws up the windows, hard to keep clean...

For highway sanding most municipalities use a salt/calcium mixture, If the town has tons of money to burn they will use magnesium. Magnesium is cool because it breaks the ice down into its base elements not just melting it. As far as my overtime goes, I only get paid for 4 overtime hours. The rest is straight time. Thats how this touchhole outfit works.
