After 6 years of pushin wheelbarrows of asphalt my back could use a gravy job. I had the pre interview but I think I blew it. Shit, would have been cool to get free class A training. Its all wait and see now.
...be carefull of free CDL training...not many are free if you look at it, some require a 1 year commitment to drive over the road, which is OK as long as you want that...my nephew owes thousands of dollars to Werner truck company (I doubt they will ever see it) becuase he quit after about a week...
I heard that Werner, Swift, and Schneider all put people on contracts for free cdl-A training. And I also heard that they tell you to say goodbye to everyone you know for about 3 months at a time. I would rather mop up puke and shit at McDonalds.
