have you thought of doing this professionally? A man that used to be on staff had a daughter that moved to New york City and draws patterns for cloth for VERY rich people who want an individual pattern in their material.

Our planet's magnetic field reverses about once every 200,000 years on average. However, the time between reversals is highly variable. The last time Earth's magnetic field flipped was 780,000 years ago, according to the geologic record of Earth's polarity.

I would love to get paid to do them....i wouldn't even know where to start though. How did your friend get into it?

she was attending college in NYC and sent samples to some tech and design schoools and some fabric companies. She won both scholarship and a contract. That was about 20 yrs ago, I don't remember what company she got the job with but you might be able to google fabric companies. We have wallpaper plants around here that take on apprentices also so I know that business still do that.

if you eat enough potato salad it will keep you from falling off when the earth flips

Thanks, but I will be falling off the earth because one year at x-mas time I got so sick from potato salad that I wouund up in the hospital for 8 hours puking bile. I was hooked up to an IV.
