i understand how overwhelming fear can be.... i was agoraphobic for over a year... i'm so sorry you're feeling this way. For me i have to make a conscious effort to find something of great beauty each and every day, a flower, a pretty stone.... when i seek these things consciously i find myself amazed and awed at their abundance, and the darkness of fear somehow shrinks in the light of the journey...
