sometimes i think "i have a lot to offer this ailing world" and then i remember that all i really do is read and drink tea.

i have quite the cupboardful. it depends on the time of day - usually detox in the morning, greentea midmorning, ginger after meals, greentea early afternoon, detox at night again. yerba mate here and there. why stop, ever?
