today we hiked in the Shawnagunks and got wet and muddy and tired...yea. It was fun.

we saw waterfalls...I am exhausted...I painted my house, picked up Phil, went to ABBA, none of us slept much, woke, went to Kingston to drop him off and we decided to look folks up and hiked...then I got home and went to church. I feel faint.

yeah, we all did a lot of grabbing and climbing and sloshing through the stream-the last 50 feet was a zero slope so we were doing our best to just get to the top without falling. We did.
