i think they kinda tolerate the consumption there (sorta like in germany) but it is only really legal in holland and switzerland here in europe i think

mary jane is illegal in Belgium but the law has changed slightly in a typical Belgian way: you're allowed to carry it along, but you're not allowed to transport it across the Dutch/Belgian border, and Holland is where you have to get it.
