The wooden phone booth was removed, I think they want to put it in City Hall or put it in the new building. It take common council three meetings to decide things like that.
There was also a huge fire place made from large stones with garnet chunks in it.
It was a cool building. I had a small b&w t.v. in the office and one of those one cup coffee makers. The breaker box was next to my chair which came in handy when the kids would start playing with the hand dryer, I would reach over and flip the breaker and they would get pissed and leave. The kids would want to play ping-pong but I would have crushed most of the balls. When they did play I spent more time fetching balls from behind the counter (I think they did that on purpose). I used to have color coded bathroom signs because the adult idiots could not figure out which bathroom to go in. (apparently MEN and WOMEN signs were to difficult to figure out). Yeah.... that was a cool building..... Hate to see it go.
Over 100 years old. It literally had cables stretched across from wall to wall in the main room to hold them up. It had an old wooden phone booth in it that I restored and a ping-pong table. I used to crush the ping-pong balls to keep the kids from hanging out in the building. It was my first city job. We tore it down this week to make way for a new building.
Its the interior that got me interested. Saratoga Honda has a 2004 I'm looking at for 7499... oops.... $7995. The price is right and its a 5 speed. I wanted a fuel efficent car that I can put a trailer hitch on (motorcycle trailer). I hate spending 65 dollars every 3 days on gas and Im only driving back and fourth to work..... And thats at half tank! I love my truck but it wants my wallet. I refuse to be a man whore to my truck.
I saw a Volks Wagen Beetle with a plate that said "ESP" on it. Where you in Glens Falls today???????
Any opinions on the PT Cruiser? Im thinking of trading my 98 F150 for a 2004 PT Cruiser. Any one ever own one? Are they any good?

I enjoy drawing, I just wish I knew how to see the detail ( shading and texture ). Unless I have somethng sitting in front of me with a direct light source I just dont see the detail. I can picture things in my head but Im blind when it comes to fine detail. Ill figure it out sometime. I wonder if I could draw in brail?
After a bit more than 2 years trying to draw I finally realize I have vision but do not know how to see.

Ive clicked re-touch on one of my pictures and all I get is a blank canvas, Im using dial up so maybe its just running slow, Ill try letting it sit a bit longer and see if my picture pops up.

When I go to re-touch my drawings does the picture pop up or do I have to re draw it?
