The US military had severla mind control projects running as early as world war I. There are still many projects still active in this field.
we (civilians) will be able to buy 'mind control' headphones as early as the end of this year.
A company is coming out with headphones designed to make games more realistic. with no direct wiring to the body at all, a person can don the headphones and be 'driven' around the room by another person. The headphones emit a ~sound~ frequency that tricks the brain into thinking the body is leaning in a particular direction. your body automatically walks in the firection to keep itself upright. neat stuff.
you can read about the ilitary's 'thought implantation' projects online. they've had some success implating feelings/moods into people remotely.

I was a quake master in ultiplayer.. loved duke nukem 3d.. chasm, TRIBES !!! delta force, half life, etc... now css is y ain gig.. I also like the real-time abttle games like warcraft and empire earth.. but online games take too damned long.
