No Al, he died in 1945 from the impact of the first train. I am trying to piece together what happened with locals like En-titty who know the area.
This is the intersection where grandpa got hit by the two trains in greenwich, not at a switching yard, but at the intersection where two independent sets of tracks were side by side. One had a fast (passenger) train and the other one was an army train, which was slow. The fast train came around a blind curve and hit him and dragged him into the second train.

If you like edgy-woman centered music-Ani Difranco would appeal to you. Her hair is normal now. I didn't love the dreds, but I love that she does her own thing.
