i'm watching groundhog day again, it's the part where he gets super depressed and steals cars and drives off cliffs, and electrocutes himself in the bathtub, jumps out windows etc. i remember how odd that felt watching in the theatre for the first time, several gratuitous suicide scenes from reliving the same day over and over. i always stop to watch this movie when it's on the cable, though i'm rarely around the cable and don't have it or watch tv. but right now i'm around cable, watching groundhog day and it feels like putting on an old pair of awesome shoes, and jamming to a tape you loved in high school for some reason.
