Not only is the conduit broken but the wires have a piece cut out. You must search for another way. 4 minutes have passed since you lit your torch.

use the crowbar between the box of clothes and power switch to pry the door open

That just might work. Let's go give it a try. 2 more minutes have passed before you grab the crowbar and go to the green door.
