I'd suggest we should use some "cloud" webspace and use it like this:
Use it for uploading loops and all sorts of inspiring and useful sounds, to be downloaded and used as desired by everyone.
The "works in progress" could be put here as well, also again to be downloaded and edited.
And of course there should also be a part for more band-like projects with roles for the people involved, like Fatribs suggests
