haha, well no but Java is starting to get to its end of life. I am going to get another drawing app in here soon before this happens, there is still a bunch of time before browsers put the smackdown on it. I'll come up with a solution here in the next month or so!

ah man, I tried drawing and ran into a browser issue then bailed on it. just another reminder that the site is way overdue for an upgrade! I can't promise anything but it's been in mind for a long while, pretty soon this app will no longer be supported by any browser whatsoever!

ah - I thought there was one extra zero in the $10,000 goal, I thought it was $100,000 they were trying to raise. so it's been funded five times over, holy cow.

yes totally yes! I just *last night* backed the project for one white case, and put in the extra $39.93 for a clear one. super geeked to see this get funded, well at least I hope it does. I remember seeing the news a while back when this guy bought the molds, I hoped something like this would come to fruition
ah man Shunt, I was in the 'to the left' situation a few years back and found a completely different line of work and jumped on the chance. every single negative thing I left there fell off immediately, luckily the place I am working for now is super comfortable to boot. I just wanted to share this since your situation sounds incredibly similar to the one I was in, keep your eyes open for new work, especially work outside of your current line. it can totally happen! the 'to the right' choice is way better, there is something out there keep looking
